The Work: * Lead project delivery to give clients the M&A support they need for their deals, including M&A strategy, target screening, due diligence, transaction management, merger and synergy planning, carve-outs, and divestitures. * Be the lead advisor to your clients through their M&A journey, partnering capably and confidently with C-level leaders of Fortune 500 and FTSE companies. * Run teams and hold them to the highest standards of meticulous, strategic, and insightful analysis as they solve complex business problems for prestigious organizations.
